It helps me when I tell myself to be present in the moment and practice mindfulness.

I am passionate about being creative and using that creativity to express myself.

I love floating because it has really helped me in my mindfulness practice. When I am feeling anxious I can remember the feeling of being present while in the float and it helps me to relax.

I love the FLOAT STL community. There are so many interesting and kind people I get to interact with on the daily. Its the best!

I dream of being able to use my creativity and graphic design and Illustration skills to bring peoples ideas to life.
